I have the following comments on the draft telegram attached to your minute of 31 May to Mr.
Larmour:

the telegram should not be addressed to "Governments of the Associated States", but the addressees should read: Addressed to Brunei Castries,
Governors etc. of the Dependent Territories, HM Commissioner Anguilla and British Commissioner New Hebrides." In addition it would be helpful if it could be repeated Saving for Informa -- tion to Antigua, St. Vincent, Port of Spain, Kingston and Bridgetown in addition to UKLIS New York;
in paragraph 5 of the draft telegram I suggest that the last sentence should read: "We shall ask you to inform your local administration/ghe Governments of the Associated States shortly before the announcement in Parliament.
