interest in Hong Kong among MPs of both parties. Hong Kong have
not hesitated to invite critics of the Colony, who have sometimes
condemned what they have seen. But the Hong Kong Government
believe that accurate knowledge of the problems of Hong Kong among
MPS is to their advantage. On the whole they have been right.
