THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
It is hereby notified that, in accordance with instructions received from Her Majesty the Queen through the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. Lewis Mervyn DAVIES, C.M.G., O.B.E., to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council with effect from 4th March, 1974 10 30th June, 1974, both dates inclusive.
