In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint
LEWIS MERVYN DAVIES
Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council of Hong
Kong from 4th March 1974 until 30th June 1974.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony
on 4th March 1974.
