In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV of
the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1972, I appoint
PETER BARRY WILLIAMS
Justice of the Peace to be provisionally an Official Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 2nd May 1974.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 2nd May 1974.
