In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV of
the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1972, I appoint -
IAN FRANCIS CLUNY MACPHERSON
Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally an Official Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 13th May 1974 during the
absence from the Colony of Mr David Akers-Jones, Justice of the
Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony
on 10th May 1974.
