of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1972, I appoint -
PETER BARRY WILLIAMS
Justice of the Peace to be provisionally an Official Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 4th June 1974 during the
absence from the Colony of Mr LI Fook-kow (
Justice of the Peace.
