In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV
of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1972, I appoint
ALAN THOMAS ARMSTRONG-WRIGHT
to be provisionally an Official Member of the Legislative Council
of Hong Kong from 10th July 1974.
