In axercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV

of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1972, I appoint -

HUGH MOSS GERALD FORSGATE

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice

of the Peace, to be provisionally an Unofficial Member of the

Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 10th July 1974 during the

absence from the Colony of Mr Peter Gordon Williams, Justice

of the Peaco.

GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the

Colony on 10th July 1974.
