of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 – 1972, 1 appoint
LEWIS MERVYN DAVIES
Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Officar of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire to be provisionally an Official Member of the Legislativo
Council of Hong Kong from 1st July 1974.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony en 29th June 1974.
