of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1972, I appoint
DAVID AKERS- JONES
Justice of the Peace to be provisionally an Official Member of
the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 1st July 1974.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 29th June 1974.
