In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint
JAMES WU MAN-HON (
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice
of the Peace to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council
of Hong Kong from let July 1974 until 30th Jame 1975.
