In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint
IAN MACDONALD LIGHTBODY
Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Justice of the Peace to be an Official Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 26th September 1974 until
30th June 1976.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 26th September 1974.
