I strongly support the promotion of Mr Thomas Lee Chun-Yon. I have met him and have been impressed by his qualities. The one criticism made is valid, but I am sure he will grow with the job.
I would be pleased to learn when his promotion is gazetted as I would like to get in touch with him on a number of matters.
