He pointed out that while Aberdeen Tunnel was a long-term
answer to the traffic problem between Aberdeen and the urban areas,
it would take at least five years to materialise.
To solve the immediate traffic problem, he said, improvements
were being carried out in various sections of Pokfulam Road,
