DEFICIT OF $15 MILLION IN GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTS

million which was an increase of $60 million over the same month last
year.
A government spokesman said today that the expenditure included
the payment of some $46 million to the Urban Council which was the yield
from the Urban Council Rate for April 1973.
