MASS RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEM
We have received from Mr Haddon-Cave a memorandum to
the Executive Council on this. I attach the two submissions from which you will see that I took the memorandum over to Mr Glaves-Smith. There is no action from us but you will wish to know that there is a meeting at the end of the month in London between the consortium and Mr Haddon-Cave.
