(b) before it took a firm decision, the MTSG would
advise all the consortia concerned of its
intentions;
(c) the TSG would feel no obligation to work through
the sequence set out in the annex to his letter of
1st August 1973, unless two or more consortia accepted the TSG's invitation to proceed on basis of the sequence; and
(d) once negotiations had started in accordance with
the sequence, any consortium or consortia remaining in the race would be given 30 days' notice of the MTSG's intention finally to select a particular
consortium.
