We need to do a bit of catching up if we are not to be
ruled out of the expanding business of large underground
contracts all over the world.
I have agreed the above line with Mr Glaves Smith of the
DTI. I myself will be in Hong Kong on 11 May but Mr Goodfellow
of this department will attend the call.
