no language difficulty as Ozu speaks perfect English it is more to ensure that I have as far as possible understood his intentions. The timing is about right as we are expecting moves from the Hong Kong government by about the end of this month.
I hope this is not too much of an imposition as it is not now your real concern, but I do assure you that it is very important to the British export effort. I would of course like to make a call on the Ambassador if it is at all convenient.
