that Hong Kong owned and controlled tonnage could well reach 20 million dead-weight tons by 1975 and that by 1985 Hong Kong figures will catch up with the total tonnage that .the whole of UK will control at that time. It is however extremely unlikely that more than say 25% of this shipping will be transferred to a Hong Kong Register.
