I have asked Mr. Stuart, the head of the Hong Kong Department at the F.C.0., to take a personal interest in this, and if your people are, in difficulty they shold refer to him. Of course initiative lies with Worldwide, since it is they who know when any ships will be in port which has an officer of the type needed for interview.
Until I see the D.T.I. Report on this visit, one cannot be certain what the result has been, but from talking to the D.T.I. officials I do not think that the visit revealed any major new anag, and generally speaking, I think the results have been reassuring.
