Explanatory Note
(This Note is not part of the regulations,
but is intended to indicate their general purport.)
Regulation 2 amends regulation 7 of the
principal regulations so as to require a Board of
Review for an addiction treatment centre to interview
an inmate at certain specified intervals.
Regulation 4 amends the Schedule by replacing
certain forms used for the purpose of the Ordinance.
