Amend the Drug Addiction Treatment Centres
Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with
the advice and consent of the Legislative Council
thereof.
Short title and
commencement.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Drug
Addiction Treatment Centres (Amendment) Ordinance
1973 and shall come into operation on a day to be
appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
Amendment of section 2. (Cap. 244.)
2.
Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is
amended by deleting the definition of "further
detention order" and substituting the following
""recall order" means an order made under
subsection (1) of section 6;".
Amendment of section 4.
3.
Section 4 of the principal Ordinance
is amended by deleting subsection (4) and
