1.
Many thanks for your letter of 9 July, enclosing copies of your report on your visit to Hong Kong. Andrew Stuart, to whom it was addressed, is very heavily pressed and is on the point of going on a month's leave.
2. We found the report of great interest, and we are still studying it. I think it might perhaps be useful if we could have another meeting a little later on.
