Ming Po (30.7.73), New Life Evening Post (30.7.73), Wah Kiu Man Po (31.7.73), Nam Wah Man Po (31.7.73), Hong Kong Evening News (communist) (31.7.73), New Evening Post (communist) (31.7.73), Ching Po (communist) (1.8.73) and Hong Kong Times (1.8.73) responded to the U.S. Congressional report which criticised the British authorities in Hong Kong for being uncooperative in stopping the flow of drugs to the United States and branded Hong Kong as an international drug centre.
