(b) To recommend for honorary appointment a Research
Director for the Scheme; and to co-opt further member(s) into the Committee, if and when considered
desirable.

(c) To consider and approve, in consultation with
H.K.D.P.A.S., the criteria for the selection of drug dependents for the Scheme.
(d) To satisfy themselves that every individual patient
is both voluntary and fit for the experiment.
(e) To appoint another suitable organisation to carry
on with the Pilot Scheme, if for any reason the
H.K.D.P.A.S. decide to disassociate themselves with
the experiment before its completion.
(f) To submit to the Action Committee Against Narcotics
and Social Welfare Advisory Committee interim report(s) on the progress of the experiment at such time or times as may be considered suitable
by the Committee.
(g) To evaluate the results of the experiment and
formulate recommendations to ...C........N..towards the
end of the experiment as to whether or not the
Scheme should continue and expand.
The membership of the Supervisory Committee under the chairmanship of Professor P.H. Teng, C.M.G., O.B.E., J.P., is composed of representatives from the :-
