Mr Train mentioned on the telephone that he would be calling to see yourself and Mr Crowson tomorrow, 1 June, to discuss his forthcoming visit to Hong Kong.
2. Before the meeting you may wish to read Mr Train's letter at folio 74 on the attached file, which forwarded a copy of the letter from the Director of BNDD proposing the meeting in Hong Kong (folio 73). Mr Crowson's
Rosed submission on the meeting is at folio 79 and Hong Kong's comments are at folio 83.
3. As the main purpose of the meeting is to discuss Hong Kong's internal drug problems, you may wish to show to Mr Train the attached copy of the Drug Addiction Research Programme 1970 recently arrived from Hong Kong.
