Representatives principally concerned.
Subject to the views of H.M. Ambassadors at
Bangkok, Rangoon and Vientiane I think it
might be useful if Rolph were to visit them
to discuss his second report as soon as
they have had time to consider it. Perhaps
they would let us know by telegram whether,
and if so when, this would be convenient.
