(2) Annual replenishment of arms and ammunition in this Division amounts to $4,800,000 i.c. $400,000 per month, excluding special consumption in combat.
(3) Administrative exponses and subsidies on cost of living of this Division amount to $552,000.

at $6,000 each per month. Total $144,000.
(b) 136 Administrative Village Kung Shor (4)
at $3,000 each per month. Total $408,000.
The above total of $2,511,070 is the amount of relief money required by this Division after the prohibition of shipment.

Assistance in Enforcing Ban.
In the southern and northern Kar Ngar Mountain, ( EU)
瓦山 a Communist-occupied arca, the annual production of opium is over 80,000 lbs., that in Kwo Kam() is over 40,000 lbs., and that in Pang Shun Hak Pung Lung) is over 20,000 lbs. The total is over 140,000 lbs. In the past, more than 100,000 lbs were smuggled into our controlled arca by merchants at the shallow places along the Salwoon River ( 1) (Tai Pai To, (X) Mang Hung, (
) Tang Tan, C) Mong Tung, Mong Poon (E )). As this Division solely depends on thể protection foc for its expenses, we had to accept the smuggling. From now on,
this Division will assist in the ban on production and shipment and will resolutely blockade these shallow places whereby the opium produced in the Communist arca will not have any chance of coming into our controlled area for trans-shipment to other places to the detriment of the world.
