1. Your minute at 26. I have circulated copies of the papers concerned under cover of my minute of 13 arch (at folio 3 below). I have also sent copies of the telegrams about lir Rolph's current tour of South East Asia to Fr Hand in UN Department and Hir Kendall in the Home Office.
2.
The Governor's despatch has been sent for printing in the departmental series. (See folio 32).
3. With regard to the UN ad hoc committee on narcotic drugs, I understand from Mr Hand that UN Department are proposing hr C J Train of the Home Office as the UK representative.
4.
I attach a draft letter to Mr Williams thanking him for forwarding Er Rolph's memorandum on the Illicit Opium Traffic from Burma (folio 26).
