If a Hercules training flight can be provided and on the assumption that the personnel would be messed and accommodated in Service accommodation in Hong Kong then the broad estimates of the costs are as follows:

I shall be glad to know whether the Hong Kong Government ia propared to meet costs of this order. Perhaps I should just mention that if any aircraft additional to the Hercules training flight were required it would have to be provided on an extra cost basis and the round trip from the UK would come out at about £13,000.
