Thank you for your interesting account of the Festival, which Andrew saw before he left. I am sorry we have not replied earlier. We have also received an entertaining despatch from the Governor about the Festival.
2. It was good to know that it was a success both culturally and from the prestige angle. We are glad that you personally were able to take full advantage of it. I trust you have recovered from so many midnight feasts!
