It has already been agreed in principle that the Governor should in disciplinary matters consult the Public Service Commission instead of his Executive Council. It was agreed that before the procedure could be changed it would be necessary to amend Article 10 of the Royal Instructions. There is no reason why this should not be set in hand immediately without waiting for the other issues to be finalised,
