AMENDMENTS TO COLONIAL REGULATIONS
1. Regulations 61 and 62 to be revoked so that
disciplinary proceedings may be instituted irrespective
or whether criminal proceedings are in contemplation
and despite the fact that the officers may have been
acquitted by a Criminal Court.

Regulation No 59 to be revoked in toto and the Pensions Ordinance amended (Section 8(2)) to remove
the phrase "when he attains the age of 45 years"; in
order that the Governor may retire any officer at any
time in his career by means of the Pensions Ordinance.
