experts has taken place in Hong Kong.
This was purely a
liaison meeting. All three countries are very concerned about
the problem and the meeting was arranged in Hong Kong to take
advantage of the technical advice available there. The meeting
was certainly not for the purpose of criticising Hong Kong. The
report in the South China Morning Post is very inaccurate.
