CAPITAL CRIME FIGURES
In his letter of 18 October to Mr Grattan, Mr Butcher in
the Home Office asked for further information about the figures
of growth of capital crime in Hong Kong.
2. In his letter of 22 October Mr Stuart sought this informa-
tion from the Colonial Secretary. Mr Roberts has now replied.
3. I accordingly attach a draft reply to Mr Butcher, based on
what Mr Roberts has told us.
