six copies of the court record, two certified;
a certified true copy of a statutory declaration made on 2nd June 1973 by Li as to his financial situation; and
a certified true copy of a certificate by counsel dated 23rd May 1973 that Li has a reasonable ground of appeal.
I should be grateful if you would pass three copies (one certified) of the court record to Prothero and Prothero. The Law Officer's comments will be forwarded as soon as I have received a copy of Li's petition to appeal. I believe that this will be prepared by Prothero and Prothero and would appreciate a copy being forwarded to me.
