A good deal of water has flowed under the bridge since our brief conversation when I was only semi-fit about the death penalty, but in case you missed it I am enclosing a copy of a letter from P.A.L. Vine which was in the South China Morning Post on the 22 May, 1973 and which I think will be of interest to you.
I do hope you had a pleasant stay in the Seychelles and a good trip back.
I am now back at work but Sir Hugh is now
sick so I am temporarily at his desk, but probably
only for a week or so.
