that the following bills be introduced into the Legislative Council:
(a) the District Court (Amendment) Bill 1973;
(b) the Magistrates (Amendment) Bill 1973;
(c) the Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill 1973
subject to the following amendments:
(i) that in the proposed new section 1091(1)(d)
a cumulative total of at least two years' imprisonment be substituted for not less than two years' imprisonment on any one occasion;
(ii) all applications for preventive detention
to be made by the Attorney General;
(d) the Training Centres (Amendment) Bill 1973;
(e) the Public Order (Amendment) Bill 1973.
