EUO is not meeting until the 30th. Moreover, May 28
is a public holiday in United Kingdom so that there
will be no attendance from London. In these
circumstances, you would have no alternative but to stand
firm on every aspect not yet agreed (eg extent and
justification for sensitive list, base period, growth,
period of agreement, countries to which agreement
applies etc etc).
For these reasons alone we feel entitled to insist on
a postponement. Please press for one. But it would
be still more sensible to drop the subject until
such time as it is established that it is live with
anyone but Ernst.
