conciliation and voluntary arbitratior and make provision for the setting up, where appropriate, of Boards of Snquiry in connection with trace cisputes.

(c) The repeal of both the Illegal trikes and Lock-outs
Ordinance and what romsize of the Trade Unions and Trade Disputes Cruinance, 1948.
The Secretariat comments on Forron's report, forwarded under cover of the Governor's letter of 14 February, accept that there would be advant o in enacting comprehensive industrial relations legislation of the kind proposed, but go on to say that "it has not yet been possible to settle detailed drefti: instructions".
