1. You will have seen a copy of the record of
PC Woo's call on me on 14 September, but I
enclose another copy for ease of reference.

Whilst I was in South East Asia I heard
from Q W Lee that Woo thought I should have written
to him after our meeting. I saw no reason to do
so, and indeed there was really nothing to tell
him. However, in the light of his reported
attitude, I have now thought it right to send
