STERLING AGREEMENTS WITH DEPENDENT TERRITORIES
I hope very much that there will be no departure from the previous practice of consulting the Dependent Territories about the Sterling Agreements. So far as the Pacific Dependent Territories are concerned, there is little likelihood of their resisting the proposals made, but this in itself is not a reason for failing to consult them.
