STERLING AGREEMENTS WITH MINOR DEPENDENT TEN- ITCRIES
1. In your minute of 15 August you suggested that we should at least go through the motions of consulting the smaller dependent territories, even though there is no real possibility of their not accepting whatever new arrangements may be proposed. WIAD agree with this entirely, except that the Cayman Islands now have both sufficient interest and expertise to warrant real consultation as with Bermuda and Belize.
