28 September at 10 am, Mr Robinson, Mr Youde and I and,
if Mr Robinson wishes, someone from EID will attend.

I have suggested this early meeting because of Mr Royle's
departure next week. We have also heard from Brussels
(UKREP BRUSSELS telegram No 4504) that the next meeting of
the Community's working group on the GSP will be held on
1 October. Our delegation have asked for instructions.

will not be easy to inject a demand for further concessions
