1. Thank you very much for the briefs you provided on visas for Hong Kong for the UK, Japan and Germany.
2. I am afraid I was asked to shorten the briefs considerably and I am afraid that there was no time to clear the revised draft with you. I attach for your information a copy of the brief as it was submitted to Mr Royle.
I am also returning the draft briefs which you provided.
