1. Now that we have received the names of the four urban council members who will be coming to the United Kingdom in October we think we should submit the papers to Mr Royle for information. For this purpose I should be grateful to know whether the draft outline programme remains as set out in FCO telegram no. 694 of 16 July.
2. We wondered whether you had it in mind for the four visitors to call at the FCO? Mr Royle will probably wish to see them and may well wish to host a lunch or reception for them.
3. We should be grateful for your comments before submitting to Mr Royle.
