Reference your phone call, I enclose a list of the delegates as they are known to me at present with an indication as to whether they speak English and which would like to attend the meeting with Mr. Royle.
I must emphasise that this is not the final list as there are still changes in the composition of the group and I will send you a complete list later. Mr. Bray is now staying in the London area and will be available to discuss the programme for June 21 and 22 with the C.O.I. as soon as they are ready. Also Mr. Wong, the organiser of the travel arrangements is coming over on June 4th to make final preparations.
