The Hon. Sir Sik-Nin Chau, a former member of the Excutive Council in Hong Kong and a director of a number of companies there, will be in London from 12-19 November. Mr. Royle would like to give a lunch in his honour during his stay and Thursday 15 November has been provisionally reserved. The lunch would be for about 12 people and would be at an hotel.

I should be grateful if you would give authority for the cost of this lunch to be met from the F.C.0. Entertainment Fund. A similar lunch was arranged in February 1972 and authority was given on that occasion.
